Set in the serene lower reaches of La Font, Villa Alegre is a refuge of calm on the outskirts of Pollensa — modern comfort and traditional Mallorcan character, within easy reach of the town's lively centre.
A private drive leads to parking for two cars. Beyond the house lie several outdoor terraces: a pool framed by a timber sun deck, and a shaded barbecue corner made for unhurried evenings in the open air.

The Rooms
A generous living-and-dining room sits at the heart of the house, dressed in contemporary furniture with a smart television for slow film nights. The separate kitchen comes fully equipped, with a breakfast table and seating for six.
The two bedrooms are roomy and light: a master with its own en-suite, and a second room that opens onto the terrace. A further bathroom with shower completes the interior, and air conditioning runs through the principal rooms.

The Location
A short stroll from the cobblestoned streets, boutiques and weekly markets of Pollensa, with the Serra de Tramuntana rising behind the olive groves. The sand of Port de Pollença lies a few minutes' drive north.
